Remove array entry

  unset($MyArray['SomeName']);

Inserting New Entry into array index 0

The rest of the array entries move down if there is already a [0] entry

  {

    array_unshift($Results,$ColumnTitles);

ksort() sorts an associative array in ascending order, according to the key
